Each jewellery item ordered comes in a pretty organza bag, great to either store in, or if you are buying as a gift.

My accessories are always packaged into pretty paper bags and items being posted will be carefully bubble wrapped.

Items will be posted via Royal Mail 1st class post on the day after your order has been processed.

Cost of shipping will be £1.95 for UK
International shipping will be £4.95

If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know within 48 hours of receipt.

I will be happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory. Goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name, address and reason for return are enclosed.

The cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item but not the return postage costs.
